Returns and Refund Policy

At PinkLab The Brand, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and cancellations.


How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@pinklabthebrand.com.

When reaching out, be sure to include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable).

We aim to respond to all requests within 7 business days. Once your return or refund is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your items back to our facility at 4730 Littlejohn St, Baldwin Park, CA 91706 in their original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept unconfirmed returns, so be sure to wait for our approval before sending items back.


Conditions for Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Free of stains, damage, or alterations.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following items:

  • Deliberately damaged items.
  • Items sent back more than 7 days after receipt.
  • Items returned due to delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or phone number).

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order and receive a refund within 24 hours after placing the order.

To cancel an order, email us at support@pinklabthebrand.com as soon as possible.


Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

We want you to love your order! If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or misprinted, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
